I started out making original recipe Gourmet Truffles. It was important to create delicious chocolates with out the added oils and paraffin. Simple pure ingredients are used with a focus on healthful choices. I believe the decadence of chocolate can be enjoyed without wrecking your diet.

I strive to provide Chocolates and candies worthy of indulgence. When Gifting or serving my chocolates I want the recipient to feel special. It is important for me to use high quality ingredients, using natural coloring and flavors whenever possible.
